pay

we are a brand new grassroots magazine. our first issue, Redefining Success, debuted April 2019. We are building our base, but it takes time. we are not able to pay for accepted submissions right now, but it is our goal to build our base so we can pay writers and photographers in the future. We greatly respect artists and their work. songbones was built by artists on the vision of paying artists, even if it is only with a small stipend. We’re just not there yet.

thank you for your interest! we would love to hear from you!

reveiws

we know how helpful album reviews are to artists. since we are a brand new magazine with a very small staff, we have to start small. we are not taking submissions for reveiws right now, but check back periodically. once we have published a few reviews and gotten our sea legs, we will open up submissions.
